This washed rind cheese is made in the heart of the Cotswolds at King Stone Dairy and is a collaboration between the dairy and Olivers Cider in Herefordshire the cheese has a silky smooth paste and the cheese is washed in Olivers aged cider giving the cheese a fruity finish.
